Health, dinner and recipes....

Preparing tonights dinner. I love asparagus and love making my mashed potatoes from scratch. Tonight we are having steak and these are the sides to our steak   I have so many healthy recipes that I will posting and sharing soon. I believe you can have your favorite dish with out all the extra calories. Soon you will be able to purchase  my recipes  and also will be sharing some of my favorites right here on my blog.  

Tip for my vegetable:  For my Asparagus I use olive Oil, sea salt and pepper  and let bake on 350 for 20-25 min. They are the best. More to come soon.
